Patch
Chain 8 and start in the second chain from the hook:
| Round | Stitches | Total |
|---|---|---|
| 1–7 | 7sc, ch and turn | 7 |
Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew the patch to the head.

Heart
Into the magic ring: 2ch, 2dc, 2hdc, 1dc, 2hdc, 2dc, 2ch, ss.
Fasten off and close the magic ring. Leave a tail to sew the heart between rounds 12 and 16 of the body.

Finishing touches
Sew on buttons between rounds 28 and 31, 6 stitches apart.
To finish, embroider scars in any color and shape you like. You can make more patches and sew them to other parts of the body. Pulling a little stuffing out between some seams will make your doll look even spookier.
