Legs + body

Make two pieces. Fasten off the first and continue working on the second to join the legs:

Stuff as you go.

Fasten off and weave in the end.

Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew the arms between rounds 21 and 22 of the body.

Place the safety eyes between rounds 12 and 13, 9 stitches apart.

Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew the head to the body as shown in the photo.

Embroider a nose between rounds 13 and 14.

Fasten off, leaving a tail for sewing.

Fasten off, leaving a tail to sew the ears to either side of the face.

Using red thread and cross stitch, embroider an F for Fred and a G for George.

You can also make the letters from felt or paint them on.

Finally, embroider white lines under their eyes. And don't forget a little color on Fred and George's cheeks!
