Neck ruffle

Find the center of the loops left from round 18 and count two loops to the right, then work:

White ruffle crocheted around the doll's neck.

Finishing touches

For the hair, knot black and pink yarn strands around the head and along a line down the center. To finish, gather the hair into two pigtails and trim the bangs.

Embroider a black line down the center of the dress, a pink heart on her cheek and a nose between the eyes.
